Grab a few tomatoes and some crumbled feta to make this light mediterranean inspired dip!
Tomatoes (2-3 small)
Green Onion (2-3 small stalks)
6-8 OZ. Feta (crumbled)
3 TSP Greek Seasoning
Dice tomatoes and towel dry to remove excess moisture.
Cut green onion with kitchen scissors.
Choose a medium sized shallow dish(see photo). Pour a thin layer of olive oil on bottom. Top with tomatoes, green onions, feta and seasoning.
Carefully stir ingredients until completely mixed.
Serve with sliced french loaf or pita chips! Enjoy!
